Avignon, one of the first environmentally friendly subdivisions in the area of Pleasanton, has homes built with solar-paneled roofs.
Both Chateau Estates and Bordeaux Estates lie right next to Avignon. Greenbriar Homes built these neighborhoods from 2005 to 2007. These luxury homes have floor sizes ranging from 3800 to 4000 square feet, some of them having guest homes as well. Intended primarily for residents with big families, most of the homes in these two neighborhoods feature as many as five bedrooms, a home office space and other bonus rooms you can convert into music rooms, game rooms or home libraries.
Avignon, Chateau Estates and Bordeaux Estates sit in oak-studded hills near vineyards, making these neighborhoods a great place for quiet living. The neighborhoods have homeowner’s associations with fees used to cover maintenance of common areas and developments for the subdivisions.
