Bridle Creek

Greenbriar Homes built the Bridle Creek community from 2000 to 2003. The neighborhood features luxurious style homes with amenities to match. Houses range from 3200 sq. ft. to about 5000 sq. ft. in a quarter or half-acre lots. Most of the homes have three-car garages and views of the hills and Pleasanton Ridge. Homes at Bridle Creek cost anywhere from $1,200,000 to $1,900,000.
The floor plans for these luxurious homes have wide-open spaces with multiple rooms that have dramatic accents, adding to the exquisite feel of the home. Although most of the houses are two-storey homes, also a few are single storey homes available to interested buyers. The exterior of the houses vary in style, making the neighborhood diverse and inviting. Bridle Creek has a homeowner’s association that covers common area maintenance of the neighborhood and includes the entrances to the developments in the area. Bridle Creek is near Mission Park, one of the best parks in Pleasanton. The neighborhood is also near downtown Pleasanton where there is a wide selection of retail stores, dining options and cafes.

Residents of Bridle Creek can attend school at the elementary school, middle school and high school that is near the neighborhood. Hearst Elementary School
Hearst Elementary School’s programs follow the needs of every child in coordination with the Pleasanton School District grade level standards. The school caters to students from Kindergarten to fifth grade and they have over 600 enrollees. Class size at the school is small, with 20 to 30 students per class, in order to accommodate the needs of all the students. Hearst Elementary School provides a happy and positive environment that will empower the students to rise to their full potential and develop educationally, socially and emotionally.
Pleasanton Middle School
Pleasanton Middle School caters to middle school students that reside in the East San Francisco Bay Area community. The middle school promotes diversity and encourages the needs of students as individuals. Programs are designed aid in the students’ growth physically, emotionally and intellectually. Academic programs of the school are formatted with California State standards and the school got a score of 852 for the Academic Performance Index. The school believes that apart from academic education, students should also be immersed in other programs that will support their social development. For this, there are co-curricular activities such as sports, anime club, conflict-resolution club and many more. The success of Pleasanton Middle School can be attributed to the partnerships between the students, faculty members, parents and the entire community.
Foothill High School
Foothill High School, a National Blue Ribbon school, provides excellent education to high school students. The school provides programs that will not only improve academic skills of the students, but will also enhance their social and emotional skills. Foothill High School supports and participates in the PUSD and Pleasanton Community of Character and Character Education program in order to help the students develop ethical values that are important in life. Some of the co-curricular programs at the high school include the gay/straight alliance, universal music club, guitar club, national honor society, biology club, earth club and many more.
