Callippe Preserve

Callippe Preserve is the new home site for custom homes that is right by the municipal golf course that is owned by the City of Pleasanton. The golf course opened in 2006 and has already received several awards and recognitions as one of the best golf courses in the state of California. Custom-made houses at Callippe Preserve have oak-lined hills and views of the Pleasanton Ridge. Homes at the Callippe Preserve area range from $1,800,000 to around $2,500,000. The close proximity of the houses in Callippe Preserve to the Callipe Golf Club makes it one of the sought after neighborhoods in Pleasanton.
Members at the Callippe Golf Club get membership benefits, such as discounts on green fees and Callippe golf course merchandise, a copy of the annual blue book magazine, quarterly magazine updates and discounts on other golf courses (Poppy Hill and Poppy Ridge Golf Course).
Apart from the Callipe Golf Club, residents in the neighborhood can also hike up the Callippe Preserve Trail. The trail winds around the golf course and is less than four miles. This is great who want to get in shape while enjoying the spectacular view of the golf course, Mt. Diablo and Mission Peak.
Mariposa Ranch is another neighborhood with homes overlooking the Callippe Preserve golf course. Homes here are half an acre or more in size, with custom homes ranging from 4000 to 5000 sq. ft.
