Foxborough Estates and Grey Eagle Estates lie east of downtown Pleasanton in the upper Vintage Hills area.
Builders erected most homes in Foxborough Estates betwen 1988 and 1995, although a small number of houses sprang up more recently. Homes in this neighborhood range in size from 3000 to 6000 square feet and sit on lots from one-third acre to about an acre. Homes have garages that can accommodate up to three cars. The majority of homes in Foxborough Estates boast magnificent views of the valley and hills surrounding the subdivision, which does not have a homeowner’s association.
Grey Eagle Estates, a gated luxury home community perched atop a hill and built in the 1990s, has homes sitting on lots more than an acre in size. Because of the hilltop location, houses at Grey Eagle offer stunning views of Pleasanton Ridge and the surrounding valley. Grey Eagle Estates offers custom homes with high-end amenities and designer features. The homeowner’s association fee for Grey Eagle Estates includes the security and maintenance of the neighborhood’s common areas.
Foxborough Estates and Grey Eagle Estates remain among the most sought after neighborhoods by home buyers because of their close proximity to the nearby elementary school in Pleasanton Unified School District.

Vintage Hills Elementary School

Amador Valley High School
Amador Valley High School, an award-winning school with National School of Character, National Avid Demonstration School, California Distinguished School, California Golden Bell Award Winner, California SPARC Award Winner and National Blue Ribbon status, serves approximately 2600 students. Amador offers advanced placement, honors, career pathway and special education opportunities to students.
