Heritage Valley
Heritage Valley, built by Morrison Homes between 1972 and 1976, showcases luxury homes with floor areas between 1400 and 2200 square feet sitting on immense lots ranging from 6500 to 10,000 square feet; further, some lots can reach up to about one-third acre in size. Homes in Heritage Valley cost anywhere from $600,000 to about $850,000. Heritage Valley lies at the heart of Pleasanton, just off Santa Rita Road.
Heritage Valley, a top choice among home buyers because of its convenient proximity to downtown Pleasanton, lies near restaurants, bars, boutiques and retail stores. During festivals and special occasions, Pleasanton closes off the streets and the citizens have street parties for everyone to enjoy. Downtown Pleasanton also has numerous parks and historic buildings to keep residents busy. Heritage Valley has no homeowner’s association but sits near schools and shopping centers and enjoys close proximity to Orloff Park, which houses two playgrounds for children, a four-hoop basketball court, and wide spaces for family picnics and other recreational activities.
