Ironwood by Ponderosa
Ponderosa Homes built the Ironwood by Ponderosa development between 2005 and 2007 just off Valley Avenue. Divided into two phases–Ponderosa Classic and The Estates–most homes in the area offer magnificent views of Pleasanton Ridge and the hills of Livermore Valley, which provides a very relaxing atmosphere to homeowners.
Homes in Ponderosa Classic at Ironwood have floor areas ranging from 2100 to 3100 square feet on lots between 5000 and 6000 square feet. Apart from the huge luxury homes, Ponderosa Classic also has some duettes with smaller floor areas of 1400 to 1800 square feet.
The second phase of Ironwood, The Estates, features luxury homes with floor areas ranging from 3200 to 4400 square feet on wide lots of 12,000 to 15,000 square feet. These homes typically have garages that can fit three to four cars and homes inspired by contemporary California. They also boast generous spaces for the living room areas, kitchens and baths.
Ironwood enjoys a convenient location in the eastern part of Pleasanton, offering easy access to area schools and downtown Pleasanton where residents can enjoy an array of dining options, visit historic places and shop in many boutiques. Participation in the homeowner’s association for Ironwood residents includes use of amenities such as a community pool, spa services and clubhouse.
