Mohr Park/Pleasanton Village/Sycamore Place
Mohr Park, developed by Shea Homes betwee 1984 and 1990, sits between Mohr Avenue and Stoneridge Drive in East Pleasanton. Smaller when compared to other luxury homes in Pleasanton, floor areas in Mohr Park range from 1000 to 1850 square feet on lots ranging from 3000 to 6000 square feet. Homes typically come with two or three bedrooms and feature garages that can accommodate up to two cars.
Pleasanton Village–built between 1984 and 1986 by Homstead Development Corporation has a higher population and features attached and detached homes with floor areas ranging from 900 to 1400 square feet on lots ranging from 3600 to 4500 square feet. These homes also come with garages that can fit two cars.
Sycamore Place, a small town development built by Greystone Homes in 1994, features homes with floor plans ranging from 1580 to 1750 square feet on lots in the 4000- to 5000-square foot range.
These three neighborhoods all sit near elementary schools and enjoy easy access to the freeways and BART station. Residents can also easily get to downtown Pleasanton, community parks and shopping center. The neighborhoods’ homeowner’s associations do not have community pools, but residents have access to neighborhood parks and some common areas.

Residents of these three neighborhoods can send their kids to area schools in the Pleasanton Unified School District.
Mohr Elementary School
Mohr Elementary School, an award-winning school, holds several distinctions such as 2005 National Blue Ribbon School status, 2000 and 2004 California Distinguished School status, and 1998 and 2007 Honorable Mentions for Excellence from the California Department of Education.
Harvest Park Middle School
Harvest Park Middle School enjoys several awards, including 2002 National Blue Ribbon School and 2994 and 2001 California Distinguished School status. Harvest Park ensures it addresses students’ special needs through its academic programs and clubs where school staff and instructors take time to support and encourage students to achieve their goals.
Amador Valley High School
Amador Valley High School, known as one of California’s best schools, holds distinctions such as National Blue Ribbon School and National School of Character status, California SPARC Award recipient and more. Amador Valley bases its curriculum on state and district standards while serving approximately 2600 students each year.
