Parkside
Built in two phases, Parkside began with construction by Pleasanton thanks to its center-of-town location. Parkside does indeed present itself as an ideal location, lying only minutes from Pleasanton’s charming downtown shops, restaurants, regional mall and schools. It also provides easy access to the I-580/680 freeways, making it desirable among commuters.
Perhaps best known for its well-maintained properties with three garages each, Parkside showcases a collection of mid-sized one- to three-level houses ranging from 1650 to 2300 square feet, with generous lots ranging from 7500 to 10,000 square feet.
Its close proximity to Pleasanton’s Sports Park also makes Parkside a desirable address. This 106-acre park offers something for all the neighborhood’s residents, featuring a 2.15-mile loop for walkers, runners, strollers, bikers and skaters. Separate children’s playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields, sand volleyball pits, basketball courts, as well as a lighted complex for softball stand near the park’s center.
