Roselyn Estates / Nolan Farms / Rose Avenue
Roselyn Estates, Nolan Farms, and Rose Avenue Estates feature adjacent neighborhoods and a collection of newer semi-custom homes. Built in 2008 by Lynden Homes, Roselyn Estates stands as one of 10 developments of homes on flat one-quarter acre lots. Exuding an Old World charm combined with the best of new construction and amenities, Roselyn Estates features quaint houses with covered front and rear porches, dormer windows and lap siding. Adding to the exquisite feel of the homes are their granite kitchens, extensive trim and wood details, and Green certification, among others. Houses range from 2700 to 3900 square feet, typically with four-bedroom floor plans and three-car garages.
Similarly, Nolan Farms and Rose Avenue Estates showcase semi-custom homes reflecting downtown Pleasanton’s tradition and historic charm. Nolan Farms (built between 2000 and 2002 by Summerhill Homes) and Rose Avenue Estates (built by Richmond American Homes) both feature homes ranging from 2500 to over 4000 square feet, with generous lot sizes from 7000 to 10000 square feet. Each of these homes has three to four garages as well as custom quality features and designer finishes throughout.
Their proximity to downtown Pleasanton makes these neighborhoods highly desirable. A short walk allows residents to access shops, restaurants, cafes, the regional mall, schools and other amenities.
School Information
These neighborhoods provide residents easy access to three schools in the area: one elementary school, one middle school and one high school.
Valley View Elementary
Valley View Elementary takes pride in being one of the oldest schools in Pleasanton Unified School District. With over 700 enrollees annually, Valley View Elementary educates students from kindergarten through sixth grade. Both culturally and economically diverse, students hail from upper-middle class and low income families. Valley View’s faculty members dedicate themselves to providing students an environment of mutual respect while educating students to become well-informed, productive and socially responsible citizens.
Pleasanton Middle School
Pleasanton Middle School aims to provide academic, physical and emotional growth to students by offering education and promoting diversity among its 1100 enrollees. The school implements a support program called the Character Education program to ensure students develop meaningful relationships with their peers and instructors by equipping them with the skills and information they need so they may reflect the school’s core values. The school offers a healthy mix of academic and co-curricular activities to help students grow as well-rounded individuals.
Amador Valley High School
Amador Valley High School, a premier, multi-awarded high school providing education to more than 2600 students, commits itself to giving students a world-class educational program while nurturing their emotional and social growth. The school encourages students to join clubs and co-curricular activities as well as special classes in the Academy Programs that allow students and teachers to learn business law, foreign languages, music, drama, world history and other subject matters in which they share a common interest. Through the Zangle Parent Connection program, parents of students can keep track of their children’s activities in school.
