Stoneridge Park
A residential project of Standard Pacific, the Stonridege Park neighborhood rests at the end of Stoneridge Drive on East Pleasanton. The neighborhood is a planned residence conveniently placed beside to the Mohr Elementary School and its park. Tracing its birth in 1995 and 1996, Stoneridge Park is the first phase of the three-pronged undertaking of Standard Pacific, the second being Stonridge Place, and the third, Stonridge Square.
Stonridge Park highlights single-family detached homes whose square feet area range from 1500 to a good 3000. These homes stand on impressive 4500 to 6500 square feet lots. Not only that, apart from these generic sizes, Standard Pacific had also fathered semi-custom homes of 12,000 to 16,000 square feet lots that can house up to three car garages.
Stonridge Place, the second facet of Standard’s Pacific home endeavor, has four homes that come together through a cobblestone driveway. It prides itself on being a patio home development. These homes saw the light of good Pleasanton in the late 90s, specifically in 1998 and 1999. These modern homes house three to four spacious bedrooms and lot areas of 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
Stonridge Square is the third and last phase of the home development. Stoneridge Square traces its origins back in 1999 and 2000. Compared to its siblings, this neighborhood possesses smaller houses detached from lots. The sizes range from 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, not bad for its description of being “smaller”. The lots, on which these houses stand, stretch from 2,700 to 3,300 square feet.
A place to relax and unwind, the Standard Pacific effort had built a community pool and a spa integrated within the neighborhoods’ development.

Education within these places of residence also takes precedence. In this light, Standard Pacific situated these three neighborhoods strategically near Mohr Elementary, Harvest Park Middle School and Amador Valley High School.
Mohr Elementary
Mohr Elementary strives and achieves in providing a learning environment free of worry and stress. Here the teachers give high expectations of the students. However, the schools care for them well enough to attend to their emotional needs.
Harvest Middle School
Harvest Middle School is child-centered. The school delivers in terms of meeting the exceptional needs of sixth, seventh and eighth graders. The Harvest Middle School has an efficient program for education seen through their activities and output.
Amador Valley High School
