Lydiksen Elementary School encourages students to participate in academic and co-curricular programs and activities. Students can choose from organizations that satisfy their interest such as the Green Team, Breakfast Book Club, G.A.T.E. Social Club, Spectrum of Science, and Girl and Boy Scouts.
Hart Middle School
Hart Middle School, founded in 2000, commits to facilitating the transitional educational period for its students by encouraging responsibility, teaching organization and enhancing self-esteem. It boasts a comprehensive standards-based curriculum as well as multiple academic and co-curricular programs and activities. Hart provides state-of-the-art facilities to aid in nurturing the intellectual and social growth of students. Laboratories, computer stations and a 17,000-square foot gymnasium stand among the facilities Hart Middle School offers students.
Foothill High School
With over 2300 enrollees annually, Foothill High School commits itself to providing excellent education to its students and nurturing their emotional growth. One of two comprehensive high schools in Pleasanton Unified School District, Foothill High School takes pride in its high-achieving students and the national awards it has garnered, namely California Distinguished School and National Blue Ribbon School status. It trains students to grow as independent and life-long learners with strong personal character, functioning as active and responsible citizens. The school encourages students to choose from an array of co-curricular activities such as leadership training, athletics, choir, drama, sports and peer tutoring.
