Valley Trails
Pleasanton, a small city in California, consists of several neighborhoods with various types of houses for small and big families. Most home buyers seeking homes in Pleasanton neighborhoods do so because of the convenient location to downtown Pleasanton and schools in Pleasanton Unified School District. Many homes also have sweeping views of the ridge and valleys, including those at Valley Trails.
The years 1968 and 1971 saw the birth of Valley Trails by Morrison Homes. The home project situated this inviting neighborhood at the center of Pleasanton off Hopyard Road, serving as a neighbor to Valley Avenue. Floor plans for neighborhood homes range from 1300 to 1900 square feet on lots of 6000 to 8000 square feet. Some of the more extensive lots revel amongst the bottom part of the land. Greenbelt at Valley Trails stretches through the land development and links adjacent neighborhoods to this neighborhood.
